John has been buying and selling real estate in Wisconsin since 2020. As a data scientist, John has always looked for the best data and tools to leverage to scale his real estate investments. Now he is bringing you the same tools he uses to source, negotiate, rehab, and manage over 20 rental units.

Our Story

My journey into real estate started long before I ever bought my first property. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad in high school, I knew I wanted to build freedom through real estate — to create something that worked for me instead of the other way around.

But before I ever became an investor, I built a career as a data scientist, developing and using AI tools to solve complex problems in other industries. I saw firsthand how the right systems could eliminate waste, speed up decision-making, and multiply results. So when I started investing, I naturally began looking for ways to apply that same power to real estate.

Like most solopreneurs, I quickly learned how easy it is for details to slip through the cracks — missed follow-ups, forgotten estimates, disorganized data. I wanted a way to stay on top of everything without burning out or building a huge team.

That’s when I realized the same AI principles I’d used professionally could transform my real estate business. I started building custom GPTs — not as chatbots, but as specialized team members. A Sales Manager GPT to guide calls. A CFO GPT to track profitability. An ARV GPT to run comps instantly. A Rehab Estimator GPT to estimate rehabs.

Each tool handled a specific function, just like a real hire — but faster, cheaper, and always available.

Once I saw how much time and mental energy it saved me, I knew this wasn’t just about efficiency. It was about scaling smarter.

Today, my mission is to help other agents and investors harness AI to do the same — to run leaner, more focused, more profitable businesses. Because I’ve seen what happens when people use AI well: they move faster, make better investments, and stay competitive in a market that’s changing faster than ever.
